November 11, 2014 - DTI Group launches Initial Public Offering to list on Australian Stock Exchange

DTI Group Ltd (“DTI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has lodged a prospectus with ASX Limited (“ASX”) for an initial public offering of 6.68 million shares at 30 cents to raise $2 million (the “Offer”). The Offer is fully underwritten by Baillieu Holst Ltd.

The Company is seeking to list on ASX on or around 16 December 2014 under the code “DTI” and, values DTI at an effective FY2015 forecast enterprise value/EBITDA multiple of 5.0 times and a PE ratio of 9.7 times.

The Offer is being conducted to:

  • provide the Company with additional working capital and funding to support future growth of the Company
  • enhance DTI’s flexibility to pursue growth opportunities, including possible acquisitions
  • provide DTI with the benefits of an increased profile from being a listed entity; and
  • provide investors an opportunity to become a shareholder of DTI.
