March 23, 2015 - DTI Group to Provide Video Surveillance Systems for STM buses in Northern France

DTI Group Ltd (ASX:DTI) ("DTI") is pleased to announce an order with its French partner, Cibest, for 66 advanced surveillance systems for Syndicat Mixte des Transports (SMT) Artois-Gohelle, the operator of buses in the Artois-Gohelle region of northern France. SMT operates over 400 buses on 50 routes and more than 50,000 travellers use the network every day.

The scope of works includes DTI's GPS-based video data diagnostic system, wireless data communications infrastructure and fleet management software suite. DTI's wireless infrastructure and comprehensive back-end CCTV management system will centralise and coordinate the bus CCTV data and allow video evidence to be recovered from the buses through an on-line automated CCTV 'booking' system providing significant benefits through the easy management of equipment, video retrieval and video storage.

Each bus will be equipped with DTI's latest hybrid Mobile Digital Recorder (MDR5L) with three high- resolution cameras plus microphone. The MDR5L will be fitted with a quick removable hard-drive plus dual-frequency WiFi and optional 3G communications.

This is the third order for France following the opening of a French office in Besançon in July 2014 and further builds on DTI's success in Europe in providing advanced transit surveillance solutions and services.

Norbert Schuwer, General Manager DTI France, said: “We are very pleased to receive this new order in France. The project confirms that the DTI solution is well placed for the French transit market with three excellent reference sites and good potential for many more.”
