February 22 2008 - DTI Group Successfully Completes $900,000 Capital Raising
DTI Group Limited (DTI) is pleased to advise the successful completion of a $900,000 capital raising.
The capital was raised pursuant to the exercise of options and conversion of convertible notes from DTI’s existing shareholder base. Funds raised will be used to supplement working capital requirements for future projects and company expansion.
Chairman Peter Harley said: “It is very pleasing to know that DTI is strongly supported by its existing shareholders. Eighty-five per cent of the options and convertible notes were exercised”.
CEO Richard Johnson said: “DTI’s balance sheet has been further strengthened by the capital raising, as evidenced by the Current Ratio calculation which now stands at a comfortable 4.6 times, and the Quick Ratio calculation which is three times”.
